While our focus at ONA is ninja (it’s in our name!), we realize that a lot of people have different goals and training needs. To offer as much as possible, we have coaches ranging from American Ninja Warrior contestants to multiple-time World Champions to elite level OCR competitors. Oh, we also have one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in Orlando as well as a coach versed in all aspects of body motion and a coach specializing in Silks.
