Schedule Details

  • Open Gym - This is a time for open use of the gym. There is a coach on duty, however, the coach is not performing any instruction and is taking more of a “lifeguard” role during this time. Look for:

    • Open Gym - ADULTS ONLY - The gym is open to adults only during this window of time. Kids classes are being instructed simultaneously, so adults in open gym will have to work around the kids classes.

    • Open Gym - These sessions are open to both kids and adults (and families). We typically recommend a minimum of AGE 5 for a fun time, but if you want to experience ONA with a younger child, we won’t hold you back!

    • Open Gym - After Hours - For those ninjas looking for a late-night practice session - come in and take advantage of the smaller crowds.

  • Classes - Classes are instructor led periods. Classes last 1 hour and are available for both children and adults. Look for:

    • Kids Ninja Class - This class is open to kids of any skill level from the AGE OF 6 up to the age of 13.

    • Teen Ninja Class - This class is for teens between the ages of 12 and 16. The class will be taught at a beginner-to-intermediate level to ensure any first time visitor fits right in.

    • Adult Ninja Class - All Skill Levels - This class is open to teens from 16 on and adults of all skill levels.

    • Adult Advanced Class - This class focuses on course running and is intended for experienced ninjas.

    • Women’s Ninja Warrior Training - This class is for all of the ladies looking for ninja training in a women-centric group.

    • HomeSchool Class - This class is open to anyone age 6+. All skill levels are welcome and the coach will give progressions on the obstacles taught for all levels. This class takes place before the gym is officially open so only those pre-registered for class can attend.

    • Ninja Minis - These classes are for 2-5 year olds and MUST be set up ahead of time. Find more info on our Ninja Minis page (One of the options on the home page).

    • OCR Class - Obstacle Course Racing instruction! Looking to get improve your Savage, Spartan or Tough Mudder skills - check out this class!

    • Elite Ninja Class - This class is for ninjas that are competing in elite level competitions or preparing for an appearance on American. Ninja Warrior. This class requires coach approval prior to attending, so make sure you ping a coach before planning your schedule.

    • Strength and Conditioning Class - For those looking to work on their overall fitness, these classes offer a great combination of cardio and strength training.

  • ONA Strong - This is the name for our “traditional” gym space. It includes treadmills, a spin bike, a rower, free weights, battle ropes, a sled, and many other pieces of exercise equipment. ONA Strong is only open to people AGE 15 and older. Look for:

    • ONA Strong

  • Team ONA - This is private practice time for our competitive team members. This time is not open to the public.
