Flow Course Competition
The competition begins on Friday evening with the Kids, Mature Kids, and Preteen divisions and wraps up Saturday morning with the Teens, Young Adults, Adults, and Masters divisions.
Spots are VERY limited for the Flow Course Competition.
Challenge Course Competition
The competition begins late Saturday morning with the Kids, Mature Kids, and Preteen divisions running their courses throughout the day/evening and wraps up Sunday with the Teens, Young Adults, Adults, Masters, and Elite divisions.

WORLD NINJA LEAGUE COMPS, ADDITIONAL INFO
Obstacle Ninja Academy is a member of the World Ninja League (WNL) and offers competitions throughout the season. The season typically runs from August through early summer. The competitions are divided into various age groups to ensure that everyone has a fun and fair environment to allow them to perform their best. These season competitions are qualifiers for the Regional Championships typically held in May. The top three males and females in each division qualify to the Regional Championships. If any of those have already qualified, the spot would bump down.
Age divisions can be seen in the schedule above and the age is the competitor’s age on January 1, 2025.
